Who I Am

I'm Douglas Alexander Alfaro Salmeron, Founder / Software Engineer at Alpha Cool LLC. I build AI automation, software solutions, websites, WhatsApp and LINE bots, SaaS workflows, and business process automation for companies that want technology to actually improve how they operate — not just add more tools to the stack.

I'm based in Taiwan and work with clients across Taiwan, Latin America, Paraguay, Colombia, and the United States. I speak Spanish, English, Portuguese, Chinese, and basic Russian — which means I can work directly with teams in most major markets.

What I Build

Why I Started Alpha Cool

I started Alpha Cool LLC because I saw too many businesses using technology that was complicated, disconnected, or not solving the real problem. My goal is to build practical systems — AI assistants that actually answer customer questions, workflows that eliminate manual data entry, websites that generate leads, and dashboards that give real visibility into operations.

I enjoy solving problems related to manual workflows, customer communication, websites, dashboards, WhatsApp automation, AI assistants, and internal business systems. Every project I take on starts with the same question: what does the team actually need to work better?
