Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the deliverables specified in their project agreement. Alpha Cool LLC provides services on an as-available basis. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in each project agreement. Standard terms require an initial deposit with milestone payments throughout the project. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information and project details as confidential. We do not share client data with third parties except as necessary to deliver the agreed services (e.g., hosting providers, API services).
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for all work completed up to the termination date. Any pre-paid fees for uncompleted work are refunded on a pro-rata basis.
